 众所周知,目前市场上缠绕膜主要应用LLDPE 为原料,制得的缠绕膜具有拉伸性能好、回缩力强、透明度高,耐穿刺性能好、自粘好和单耗低等特点。无论是用于产品集体打包或货物托盘包装,均能达到防潮、防尘、减少人工、提高效率及降低成本之目的。

 

    整体而言,市场上的缠绕膜分为手用和机用两种,一般缠绕膜是由LLDPE和增粘剂制成,而如果机用的话则要再加入MLLDPE,因此机用缠绕膜要比手用缠绕膜要贵,也是它们最大的区别!下面看一下其他方面的差异:

 

     拉伸强度不同

    缠绕膜大多为流延制造工艺,机用膜采用聚丙烯掺有茂金属,具用拉伸强度高、穿刺性能好等特点。拉伸倍数在2.5-4倍,拉伸率为300%,而且产品稳定,尤其薄膜厚度均匀,故使用缠绕膜可确保单耗低,从而降低综合成本。

 

    手工膜为聚乙烯原料或再生料制作,易拉伸,手工膜拉伸率为0-150%。机用膜和手用膜价格每公斤相差1-2元。

 

     包装方式不同

    手工工包装:这种包装是缠绕膜包装中最简单的一种,适用于手用拉伸膜,膜装在一个架上或由手持,由托盘转动或膜绕托盘转。主要用在包好的托盘破损后的重新包装,及普通的托盘包装。这种包装速度慢,适合的薄膜厚度为15~20m。

 

    缠绕膜的托盘机械包装:这是一种最普遍最广泛的机械包装形式,由托盘旋转或膜绕托盘旋转,薄膜固定在支架上可上下移动。这种包装能力很大,每小时约15~18 盘。适合的膜厚约15~25m。

Supply system provides high quality raw materials

For the feeding system, the conveying material is made up of a spring pipe conveying system and a Roots blower type pneumatic conveying system, while the granular conveying material is provided with a vacuum feeder. Centralized feed equipment is suitable for large-scale and automated production processes. The equipment is centrally controlled by computers, and all kinds of raw materials are weighed into the mixer by measuring device in proportion. Hopper is equipped with material level sensor, according to the number of materials can automatically open or close the storage barrel on the conveying pipe. The key technology of the centralized feeding system is the accurate measurement of the electronic scale, which can accurately feed the required materials proportionally.

Temperature control to ensure product quality

In the process of plastic processing, the heating equipment mainly refers to the temperature heating controller for the extruding, injection and calendering equipment. At present, the heat conduction oil and electricity heating mode is generally used instead of the complex steam heating.

The mold temperature cooler is mainly used for mold temperature cooling in injection molding. Generally, there are cooling water passages in the mold design. The refrigerating machine is divided into air-cooled and water-cooled, air-cooled and portable, but with low heat exchange capacity, large water cooled heat exchange and good heat exchange effect.

Recovery and utilization to reduce production costs

The proportion of side angle waste in plastic processing is about 5% ~ 20% of the total production, which can be said to determine the lifeblood of the enterprise to a certain extent. Plastic processing enterprises have paid more and more attention to this. The plastic pulverizer, which is widely used at present, is divided into crushing equipment suitable for hard products and small volume products; the pulverizing equipment for the recycling and granulation of soft plastic foam; the mill for direct crushing and granulation for long products of pipes and sections; and the pelletizing machine for waste silk recycling. On the plastic recycling equipment, it is now heading towards the development direction of low noise, easy operation, and hopper continuous pipe conveying and discharging.

For the continuous crushing of large parts, in order to avoid the long time turning and cutting of the plastic parts in the mill, the heat makes the plastic into the elastic state, and it is difficult to comminence. The continuous operation and high efficiency comminution of the breakage of the large plastic parts in the shredder's shell is developed to ensure the crushing of the large plastic parts.
